The JCB PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) App is accessible from your iPhone or iPad and offers a smart alternative to paper checklists and handwritten inspection forms. Simply select the machine from the pre-populated list of your machines and youll be prompted to check items like the fluid levels, exterior panel condition and other important items. During the inspection process, the app allows you to record faults (as both text and photographs) so that they can be quickly and easily communicated and resolved.
Designed for JCB dealerships, the app enables inspectors to complete multiple inspections throughout the day without having to file away hard copies. Using an electronic form for your dealership makes it easy for your inspector to complete more work throughout the day, and you can upload the results electronically for your records (avoiding the need to manually input the data).
What it all means is that, when the customer takes delivery of their machine, it will be problem-free and in perfect working order.
